Yun Sealoong manufactures custom vacuum bags and vacuum pouches for food and industrial buyers worldwide. This collection includes embossed vacuum sealer bags, smooth chamber vacuum pouches, vacuum sealer rolls, and boilable retort vacuum pouches, built for long shelf life and reliable seals.
Our vacuum packaging uses food-grade PA/PE and PA/EVOH/PE co-extruded structures with high oxygen and moisture barrier for meat, seafood, cheese, nuts, coffee, and ready meals. Embossed channel bags work with external suction sealers, while smooth chamber pouches suit commercial vacuum machines. Boilable and sous vide grades are also available.
Every bag is made to order under OEM/ODM service: custom sizes, heavy-duty puncture-resistant thickness, logo printing up to 9 colors, and options such as easy-tear notches, hang holes, zippers, and clear or metallized windows. Both small trial batches and bulk wholesale volumes are supported.
Production runs in our own factory established in 2012, with purified food-grade workshops and multi-layer co-extrusion and lamination lines. Materials are FDA-compliant for food contact, our factory is ISO certified and holds CE certification, and seal strength plus OTR/WVTR barrier values are verified through SGS testing, with IQC, IPQC, and FQC checks on every batch.
