A1: We usually provide a quotation within 24 business hours after receiving your detailed inquiry. Because all our products are custom-made, we need your exact specifications to calculate the cost.

To get the fastest quote, please provide the following details:

1. Bag type / Box style
2. Exact Dimensions (Length, Width, Gusset)
3. Material structure and thickness
4. Printing requirements (How many colors? CMYK or Pantone?)
5. Order Quantity

A2: We offer two types of samples:

1. Stock Samples: If you need a blank stock sample (a pre-made bag from a previous order) to check the material quality and feel, we can offer it free of charge. You only need to cover the express shipping cost (e.g., via DHL/FedEx).
2. Custom-Printed Samples: If you need a sample printed with your specific design, there will be a sample fee. This fee covers the cost of setting up the printing plates and running the sample. This fee is often refundable if you place a full mass production order with us.

A3: Absolutely. We have a professional in-house design team with extensive experience. Even if you don’t have a complete design file, just send us your high-resolution logo, images, and text, along with your layout preferences. We will help create the final, print-ready design files and send them to you for confirmation before production.

A4: Our MOQ depends on the product type, size, material, and printing method.

• As a general guide, custom-printed plastic pouches with gravure printing typically start from 10,000 pieces.
• Digitally printed orders and many stock-size products can start from as low as 1,000 pieces.
• For custom paper boxes, the MOQ usually starts from 1,000 pieces.

A5: Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production.
2. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the order and must be paid before shipment.

For certain orders, 100% prepayment may be required. We also support secure payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance for your convenience.

A6: Our standard lead time for mass production is typically 15 to 25 business days after the final sample is confirmed and the deposit is received. The exact time depends on the complexity of your order, material availability, and our factory’s current production schedule. We recommend placing inquiries at least 2-3 months before your desired delivery date.

A7: For the best printing quality, we require vector artwork files. Please provide your final designs in .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .PDF, or .EPS format. Please ensure all fonts are outlined (converted to paths) and all colors are set to CMYK or specified with Pantone (PMS) color codes.

A8: We are highly flexible and accept all common delivery terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP (Door-to-Door). Our most commonly used and recommended term is FOB (e.g., FOB Qingdao or FOB Tianjin). You can select the one that best suits your convenience and cost preferences.

A9: We are a foreign trade technology company (Yun Sealoong), deeply integrated with our own manufacturing base, Henan Yite Packaging Technology Co., Ltd., which has been producing flexible packaging since 2012.

A10: Our factory operates under an ISO9001-certified quality management system, with production in a standards-compliant purification workshop suitable for food-grade packaging.

• For food-contact applications, we provide FDA-compliant material options.
• Products can be supplied with CE certification where required.
• We work with SGS for third-party test reports such as OTR and WVTR barrier performance.

If your market requires specific certificates or documentation, tell us your destination country and product application, and we will confirm what is available for your order.

A11: We export worldwide by sea, air, and express courier, with experience in export documentation and customs requirements.

We support flexible Incoterms including EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP door-to-door delivery. Share your destination port or address, and we will include the most suitable shipping option in your quotation.
